Puffs, Ear Tubes and Moving...Oh My!

Just thought I'd share a couple of videos. I gave him a few puffs on Sunday night and he figured out how to eat them all by himself. Its amazing what little things fascinate you when you're a parent. He has been crawling for a little while now. I took this video the other day. He gets up on all fours, but he still does the army crawl most of the time. He is a quick little thing!

He is having ear tubes put in on Monday morning. I know it is a very simple procedure, but he is still my baby and it makes me nervous. Please pray for my sweet boy that all will go well and he will handle the anesthesia well. I am hoping that this will help with the ear infections and make him feel much better! The doctor is the best in town and I requested an anesthesiologist I know and trust. We're going to San Angelo for Thanksgiving and then back to Lubbock Sunday night. He has surgery early Monday morning and then I have to start my job in Austin on Wednesday. Yikes! Lots of driving, but like I said, hopefully this will make him feel better.

Packing has not been fun. I can't believe how much stuff we had crammed in here. Hayden wants to get into everything and he is not enjoying being contained. I got a little sad last night while I was packing. This is the house we lived in after we got married and the house we brought our beautiful baby boy home to with our family and friends waiting for us. There's lots of memories here. Even though we don't own it and there's nothing that great about it...it is still full of memories. I can't wait until we live in our own house and we can make many more!
