Catch Up

I am a little over 15 weeks now. I am happy to report that the nausea is gone except for rare occasions. Some days I feel like my belly hasn't grown that much and other days it feels ginormous. It is indeed growing and I can feel the ligaments in my abdomen stretching along with everything else. I appreciate those dear ones that have said I'm "all belly", but please don't be fooled. I'm all about honesty. I know people that can wear their regular jeans with a belly band for most of their pregnancy and look great. I haven't been able to get my jeans past these lovely child-bearing hips since like week 7. I forgot how quickly they expand. Sigh.

I felt the first real movements a few days ago and it was awesome!

My next appointment is October 1 and that is when we can officially find out what we're having even though we're pretty sure we already know.

We have been going for walks several nights a week and hopefully we can keep this up until it gets too cold. Hayden's favorite part is feeding the ducks.

We hosted a tailgate shower for Scott and Christi this weekend and it was a lot of fun! I got a few pictures on my phone...sorry for the low quality.

I ordered invitations that looked like tickets and they turned out really cute!

It was a great game, very exciting to watch and I still love me some Red Raiders!! They played well against the #2 team and it wasn't the blowout everyone else was expecting. There was a record attendance of 101,297...amazing! It made me miss it all again. I LOVED going to school there and living there. The excitement, the traditions, the memories. I will forever bleed red and black even though I live in the wrong city for that! Scott and Christi are trying to really hard to make us convert, but I don't think its possible. I will always support a Texas team at the end of the day, but Tech comes first!

I am absolutely exhausted from the weekend. I stood almost the entire game and we had to walk to and from the stadium which probably would have been okay if Garrett hadn't gotten us lost on the way back. :)

It was a great weekend and we are winding down the days until the big day for Scott and Christi on October 3!
