We went to eat with Scott, Christi and Connie at Carrabba's for Garrett's birthday last Tuesday. The fact that I don't have a good camera is REALLY driving me crazy. But I have my eye on one that I'm hoping I will get for Christmas if I'm really good. :)
My mom and my niece came on Thursday and went with us to my doctor's appointment. The nurse and my doctor both tried to see if we're going to have hairbows or dirty socks, but they couldn't tell for sure. I think it would be fun to keep it a surprise, but I don't know if Garrett or my mom can stand it. The nurse was not surprised that I have already been feeling movement for a couple of weeks because this baby was all over the place on Thursday. She said they like to see active babies because it means they're healthy!
We heard the heartbeat and my niece thought that was pretty cool. We could also hear movement through the doppler. Such a beautiful sound! I have gained about 15 pounds and that's all I'm going to say about that. He said the symptoms I've been having could be hormonal, but to follow up with the cardiologist to be sure.
Now on to Scott and Christi's wedding weekend! The bridal lunch was on Friday and we went to this neat little place called Moonshine. Then my mom, Jill and I had pedicures and that sweet woman rubbed my feet for 30 minutes. It was fabulous! The wedding was beautiful and we had a blast at the reception at the UT Golf Club. The band was awesome and Hayden danced the night away! I have a video that I'll have to post later. That boy loves him some rock music. Hayden and Robby were the ring bearers and they were precious. They did such a good job and looked so handsome in their little tuxedos.
Look at that belly!
I had the cutest date there!
The blushing bride and groom!
Oh, this boy! So silly.
Hopefully this week will be restful. We are going to "A Day Out with Thomas" on Sunday. We're going to ride a train led by Thomas and take our picture with Sir Topham Hatt!
Until next time...
