CT Scan

**Hayden did very well this afternoon. They had me give him the sedative from the syringe (yucky!) and then we went to a room and I rocked him. He was out in about seven minutes. Garrett went with him while they did the scan since I couldn't go in there. The actual scan took less than a minute and then the nurse brought him back to me and I held him while he slept. He was O-U-T. After about 30 minutes, the nurse took his vitals and made sure everything was okay and we were on our way.

He woke up when we were leaving and he was pretty loopy. When we got home, he was very disoriented and agitated, but we got him to go back to sleep and he slept for a while.

He is still a little loopy tonight, but is slowly getting back to his normal self. I have tried not to laugh at him in his altered state, but he has been doing and saying some pretty funny things.

He was such a good boy today and we are very proud of him! We should hear from the doctor next week.**


Hayden has his CT scan today. We have to be there at 1 for them to sedate him and the scan is at 1:45.
