Five Months Old

This cutie is five months old today.

 Here's what you're up to at five months old:

- You weigh 17 lbs. 12 oz.

- Your newest trick is sitting up by yourself. You're still a little wobbly, but you can sit longer each day.
- Sleep from 8:30- 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. on a normal night

- Try to grab everything within your reach and put it in your mouth.
- If anyone puts their face in front of yours you try to bite their nose as fast as you can. It is precious.

- Speaking of biting, you drool, chew and bite ALL the time, but no teeth yet.
- You don't suck on your pacifier much or your thumb, but your toes are a different story!

- You decided life was good at four months and have turned into quite the mellow fellow. You just hang out and smile and laugh and coo, but you certainly let me know if you are tired or hungry.

- Nurse 6-8 times a day.
- No solids yet. We are waiting until six months, but you are so ready. You smack your lips every time your brother or I eat something in front of you and try to grab it.

- You wear 6-12 or 9-12 month clothes, 12 month PJs (those are getting kind of snug) and size 3 diapers.
- We STILL have not had to buy any diapers. Awesome!

- Roll both ways and can make your way across a room by rolling
- Scoot with your hands and feet and have started to army crawl

- You still love your momma and it makes my heart melt to watch your eyes light up when you see me. Not many people love me like you do. I hope you always love me that much!

You and your brother are so fun to watch together. Hayden loves you and he can't wait until you are big enough to play with him.

 I love you both "this much"!
