13 Months

I probably won't continue to do detailed posts every month, but here's a few photos of my 13 month old. How time flies!

- You are into every single thing you can get your hands on.

- You are still so snuggly and sweet and I LOVE it. We rock you before naptime and bedtime for some snuggles and then you usually reach for your bed to be laid down and go right to sleep.

- We are working on breaking your screaming/screeching habit.

- You still have eight teeth, but are working on several more.

- You wear 18 - 24 month clothes and a size 6 shoe.

- You say a lot of words - mama, dada, granna, bath, ball, fish, bubba, cracker, more, cheese, no, ya (yes) diaper and doo-doo - I can't remember them all right now.

- You want me to hold you 99% of the time and you usually have a meltdown when I can't. It is hard to get much work done around here which is why I do most of my work at night while you're sleeping peacefully. I'm not sure that's a fair deal, but I guess I'll take what I can get and be thankful for coffee.

- You are a little monkey child and climb on everything.

- You are a great sleeper. You sleep 12 hours at night and take a 2-3 hour nap. I don't know what I did to have good sleepers, but I certainly count my blessings.

- You eat a lot. Period. You don't love everything we give you, but most of it you do and you inhale it in 30 seconds.

 

One word that sums you up and what most people say about you: sweet. (minus the screaming/screeching, but we're working on it)
