*I always forget something and have to come back and add it.*
- Points at everything and shows me what he wants.
- Holds out his hands and sort of says "I don't know".
- Says "ya" when you ask him a question.
- Says "wuh eww" also known as "love you".
- Has a new attachment to his blanket. He finds it and brings it to you when he's sleepy and stops to pick it up before you get him out of bed. Then he drags it around for a little while.
- Loves to dance and do "happy feet".
- Calls for Daddy every morning from his crib and says daddy over and over all day.
- Calls for Lady by yelling her name all the time and points to her and says "dog". He loves that dog.
- Tries to repeat words and says a lot of words on his own.
- Follows instructions when we ask him to go get something, put something in the trash, put his clothes in the laundry room, etc.
- Quickly went from walking to running. He's fast too!
- Eats, eats, eats. He goes to the pantry all day long and searches for something. I told Garrett we need to put a deadbolt on the pantry door to keep them out! I can't even count the number of times I have to ask them to get out of there. One of the biggest battles we have around here is what to eat and when to eat it...we're not always on the same page.
- Loves to play outside and misses his brother when he's at school. When we drop Hayden off he wants to stay and play so bad. He thinks he's as big as they are. He is going to go to KDO in the fall and I know he will just love it!
- He doesn't scream/screech anymore. He just got one of his molars and I think that had a lot to do with it.
- He is starting to test boundaries to see what he can get away with. I will tell him no and he looks at me, laughs and does it anyway. He's ornery, but it's hard not to laugh sometimes.
- He requires a lot of sleep. He sleeps 12 hours at night and 2-3 hours during the day.
- He does NOT like it when I'm sitting at my desk and pulls on my chair and does everything he can to get me away.
- He is still super sweet even though he's ornery. As long as he's fed and well rested, he's pretty low key and all is well with the world.
I leave you with a few pics from the last month. These are from my phone. I really do take better photos of them sometimes, but that usually has to be a planned event because the chaos of the day just does not allude to getting my camera out and trying to take photos.
Playing at Hayden's school.
Love this face! Pardon Hayden's hiney.
Precious. He looks so big here!
Riding bubba's new bicycle.
Sweet boy
Oh, the anticipation.
