Harley - Eleven Months Old

Please stop taking pictures of me!

Size:
- I'm guessing you weigh around 18 lbs.
- You went through a growth spurt and now wear 12 month clothes, but can still fit in a lot of your 9 months.

Sleeping:
- Always like a champ. Could not have possibly asked for a better sleeper. You usually go right to sleep, but if not, you never cry. You just talk and play until you fall asleep and then do the same thing when you wake up.
- You still take two naps most days, but sometimes just one long one depending on what we are doing.

Eating:
- As of now, you are not picky at all. You will eat anything and everything, but you mostly eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. You have also started drinking some almond milk and always drink from a cup.

Milestones:
- You took your first steps at 10.5 months and get a little braver every day. 
- You say about a dozen words now.
- You know some animal sounds including "quack quack" and "moo".
- You have seven teeth.  

 She was not in the mood for photos this day.

Things You Love:
- You always want to carry something in your hand and you usually want something in both hands so you can bang them together.
- You think peek-a-boo is hilarious and put a blanket over your head or your hands over your eyes.
- You put your babies on your shoulder and rock and pat them. It might be the sweetest thing I've ever seen.
- You love the play kitchen, the music table, hot wheels, blocks, puzzles, books and the talking Woody figure.

- You love having free rein of the big bathtub and will play in there for a long time. It is one of your most favorite things besides food. :)

Not So Favorite Things:
- You are starting to get a little bossy with your brothers when you don't like something they do.
- Sometimes the car seat irritates you. This is a new thing and I'm thinking its just time to move you to a bigger one. 
- You do not like to be hungry and you let the world know.

Update on your head: Your skull bones fused earlier than what is considered "normal" but you were cleared from the doctor and she doesn't think there will be any foreseen problems. Thank God!

You are the sweetest, happiest baby girl with a side of sass and I have loved nothing more than spending all of my days with you!
