I was a little concerned that he would be too shy to want to get out there in front of everyone, but he did GREAT! He was so excited and eager to learn what the coach was teaching them. I just loved watching him and the smile on his face was priceless. He is the youngest one on the team and he looks so small compared to them which is odd because he is usually the tallest among kids his age. His first game is March 3 and I know it will be crazy and probably quite funny. It is non-competitive and the goal is just for them to learn the basics while having fun. We certainly plan on having a lot of fun!
He has the hitting part down! Now, we just need to work on running the bases in order.
