On a happy note, a little video from last fall that I finally got around to. It is 4 a.m. No time like the present. Can't sleep.
The boys love watching these and I have been slacking in both taking and compiling them. Hoping to do better!

Thanksgiving 2012
It is really quite comical that I am posting these in February. I just want to have it for memory's sake.
It was a great day with family! We enjoyed way too much food and then decorated for Christmas. These are some of my fondest memories and I'm glad my kids are now enjoying them.

Lame attempt at a family photo. I look really tired. Ha!

Thanksgiving 2011
We had a very busy Thanksgiving week, but my boys had so much fun! Hayden LOVED spending time with his cousins. It makes me a little sad that we live far away from family and it breaks my heart when he says "Austin is far away, momma." The good thing is that we are able to visit often and try to make the most of it.
We went to Garrett's dad's for lunch. I just got a couple with my phone because I was trying to corral the boys and Hudson slept most of the time we were there.
Playing with Peyton
I didn't know he would like playing with army men so much, but he is getting some for Christmas!
We went to my Granny's after lunch and I ate again because I was NOT going to miss her homemade dressing made with Pioneer Woman's cornbread! The boys played flag football in the backyard and Hayden thought he was big stuff. All of the kids decorated the Christmas tree that night. I think she has an ornament for every single branch and there are lots of memories on that tree.
Snapshots from the day:
Hayden probably needs to brush up his football skills in the next few years and have time to grow into his ginormous, clumsy feet. :)
Getting ready to dominate...er...or something.
My pawpaw enjoying the chaos.
Hudson has so much fun decorating this year. He has been so excited about everything and his little face just lights up!

Thanksgiving 2010
We went to San Angelo for Thanksgiving and I think I'm still recovering from the week. I need a vacation from my vacation! The suitcases may or may not still be packed. I'll never tell. It is always fun though and we cherish the time we get to spend with family no matter how exhausting it is.
Hudson's first Thanksgiving! He enjoyed some sweet potatoes and dressing that Granna shared with him.

My Granny's beautiful turkey dishes. We have used these plates at Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember. Tradition has it that we eat on these magnificent turkey plates and then put up her Christmas tree. I look forward to it every year!
This was also Race's first Thanksgiving
Concentrating really hard while decorating the tree. He was so excited!

We were missing two sets of aunts and uncles and seven cousins. Shout out to Dorley and Lyndra. I thought of you while I was eating Granny's homemade dressing and pies. :)
